Yes. This was proven in a laboratory test in 2008 on an ASTM greasy outdoor soil (an industry standard soil) with no scrubbing. A tile, covered with the grease stain, was sprayed twice, rinsed with water 10 seconds later and then measured for residue. Oomph!™ cleaner/degreaser was by far the most effective, removing more than 92% of the greasy soil. You can watch how Oomph!™ cleaner works. It was also tested versus Leading cleaners on ASTM soap scum and a tough greasy kitchen soil.
